At Awra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to register a return.
After registering, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
Returned items are inspected; items that are dirty, damaged, or worn may be refused or incur a fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items).
Exceptions (no returns on):
Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., undercaps, hijab pins, face veils).
Custom-made or personalised items.
Final sale items (if marked as such).
How to Return
Email contact@awra.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
Carefully pack the items and send them to:

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the items, or once proof of return shipment is provided.
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
If items are returned in non-resellable condition, a reasonable fee may be deducted.
